Where are you shipping from?
Orders will be packed and sent from Indonesia to almost everywhere except Russia, Afghanistan, and Kosovo due to Indonesia's current shipping policy.
What postal service will be shipping my order?
Service provided by POS Indonesia. I use POS Indonesia pricing to estimate the shipping cost for the orders. International orders will be shipped via Registered Post. If you want to use EMS shipping for your order, you can contact me via DM.
How much is shipping?
I've tried to optimize shipping as much as possible. The shipping rates have been the cheapest I can find including tracking as part of the cost.
When will my packages arrive?
I will notify the tracking numbers through email. International orders usually take about 1-6 weeks since the package has been sent out. However, due to the COVID-19 issue, it may get delayed. If your order doesn't arrive after 2 months please contact me so I can ask the postal service regarding the package status.
If your package ends up getting lost, I will NOT be responsible for this. I will not issue a refund or a replacement.
Do you accept GOs (Group Orders)?
Yes, I accept GOs. However it'll be nice to notify me first before doing it. It'd be very appreciated!
Do you restock your products?
Since I work with suppliers to get my products, I usually order them in bulk orders to avoid a great amount shipping cost. Hence why there will be no restock. If there's a high demand then I will certainly consider to restock the products :D
